- Before starting the machine, you must check whether the fastening bolts of the equipment are loose, keep the work surface clean, and strictly forbidden to store any debris.
- Close the main switch of the power supply, and check whether the start and stop of the host, the beginning and stop of the glue, the commencement and control of the winding, the heating of the oven, the power supply electrical switch, and the pointer of the instrument, etc. are flexible, reliable, sensitive and correct. After powering on, observe whether the equipment is operating normally and whether there is any abnormal sound or scorch.
- When the machine is started, the operator must adapt to the rotation speed of the drum to improve the working efficiency.
- After starting the equipment, it should run empty for 3 to 5 minutes, test a few pieces of film, check that it meets the requirements, and then mass production of untested films is not allowed, and standard output is not allowed.
- Consciously do the “first three inspections” and often self-check the work quality of the workpiece. It is impossible to apply the film to the end at a self-test.
- When operating, the hand should only be 30 cm away from the drum and cannot enter dangerous places. It is strictly forbidden to use, talk, and not concentrate. Clothes and long hair must be tightened and not scattered.
- When the work is completed, or malfunctions or abnormalities occur, the machine must be stopped first and reported to the supervisor. Apply for repairs and attach a maintenance license. It is strictly forbidden to carry out repairs during operation.
- Cut off the power switch and clean up the worksite. Materials are stored in an orderly manner, with safe passage.
- Check the rotating parts of the machine daily, and add lubricating oil in time as needed to prolong the service life of the device.
